Supporting Our Community Through Grants
At Service Providers for Older Adults, we understand the importance of funding in enhancing the quality of services available to older adults. Our annual grant program is designed to support innovative projects that improve the lives of olders adults in our community. We invite local businesses and organizations to apply for funding that can help bring their ideas to life.
Each year, we allocate a portion of our resources to grant recipients who demonstrate a commitment to serving older adults. Whether it's a new program, a community event, or an outreach initiative, our grants aim to empower service providers to make a meaningful impact. We believe that by investing in these initiatives, we can foster a stronger, more supportive environment for our clients.
Applications for our annual grants open in the fall, and we encourage all eligible organizations (members) to participate. Detailed guidelines and application forms will be available on this page. Join us in our mission to enhance the lives of older adults by applying for a grant that can help turn your vision into reality.

Glow & Go Mobility Project
Home Therapy Solutions is enhancing mobility, safety, and confidence for older adults by adding BlazePods—interactive, light-based training tools—to their therapy programs. With a fast-growing network of community exercise groups and specialized in-home therapy services, the team will use these pods to make balance training, cognitive challenges, and mobility exercises more engaging and effective. The project will help reduce fall risk, improve reaction time, and keep older adults motivated through fun, game-like activities that support independence and healthy aging.

Healing Helpers on Loan
The project provides a range of adaptive equipment that older adults can borrow for short-term use while recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. Supplying bathroom-specific assistive devices, the program helps individuals stay safe and feel more confident at home throughout their recovery. By removing financial and accessibility barriers to essential equipment, the project empowers older adults to heal comfortably, stay engaged in daily life, and maintain the highest possible quality of living throughout recovery.
